Adriaantje was born in 1691 in Wijk en Aalburg and her baptism took place there on September 16th, 1691.1  Adriaantje's father was Hendrik Janszn Verdoorn and her mother was Magdalena Ariens van der Flier.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan Verdoorn and N.N. N.N.; her maternal grandparents were Arien Laurenszn van der Flier and Maijken Philipsdr Verhaage. She had a brother and four sisters, named Jan, Maria Hendriks, Jenneke, Adriaantje and Geertruijd.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died before 1701.
