Peter was born in 1673 in Sprang-Capelle and his baptism took place on July 23rd, 1673 in Capelle (Noord Brabant).1  Peter's father was Jan Peterszn Timmers and his mother is Janneke Jansdr de Loper.  His paternal grandparents were Peter Teuniszn Timmers and Maycken Geerits Petersdr van der Hoeven; his maternal grandparents were Jan Gerritszn de Looper and Geertruyt Maertensdr Dolck. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Geert, Peter, Jan, Gerrit Janszn, Joannes, Joannes, Marten, Geertruyt and Geertruydt.  He was the oldest of the ten children.  He died before 1676.1
