Matheus Otterspoor

Matheus was born in 1747 and his baptism took place on January 23rd, 1747 in Amersfoort.¹ His godmother was Barara Nieuwenhuijse.

Matheus' father was Petrus Otterspoor and his mother was Hendrina Nieuwenhuijse. His paternal grandparents were Matthijs Otterspoor and Willemina van Vasen. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Matheus, Lucas, Wilhelmus, Barbara, Guilielma and Wilhelmina. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 50 on January 8th, 1797 in Amersfoort.¹
