Jan Arien Andrieszn was born in 1709 in Haaften and his baptism took place there on January 16th, 1709.1   His godmother was Jenneken Andriesdr van Oostrum. Jan Arien Andrieszn's father is Arien Andrieszn van Oostrum and his mother is Metjen Hendricksdr Aldens.  His maternal grandparents were Hendrick Dirckszn Aldens and N.N. N.N.. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Hendrik Arien Andrieszn, Andries Arien Andrieszn, Jenneken Arien Andriesdr, Metje Arien Andriesdr, Teuntjen Arien Andriesdr and Teuntje Arien Andriesdr.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died on January 25th, 1709 in Haaften.1
