Jenneke Jansdr was born about 1636.1  Jenneke Jansdr's father was Jan Gerritszn de Looper and her mother was Geertruyt Maertensdr Dolck.  Her paternal grandparents were Gerrit Willems Gerritszn de Looper and Jenneke Joostdr Poets; her maternal grandparents were Maerten Adriaenszn Dolck and Catalijn Jansdr de Jonge. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Gerrit Janszn, Maerten Jansen Gerritszn, Arien Janszn, Lysbeth Jansdr, Willemken Jansdr, Peeterken Jansdr, Geriken Jansdr and Janneke Jansdr.  She was the third oldest of the nine children.
