Ann Maria Harper 
Ann was born in 1888 in Houghton, Co Durham.1 Ann's father was William Harper and her mother was Mary. Her paternal grandparents were James Henry Harper and Elizabeth Haywood. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Joseph, Henry, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the second oldest of the seven children.-
