Katherine Lyons

Katherine was born on May 29th, 1848 at 64 Widegate St. Katherine's father was Henry Lyons and her mother was Rachel Mendes. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Lyons and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Jacob (John) Mendes and Charlotte Habilho. She had four brothers and a sister, named Emmanuel, Samuel, Solomon, Henry and Sarah. She was the oldest of the six children. She died about 1924.

General Notes
- Catherine's daughter Matilda looked just like her. When Catherine had a stroke she moved in with daughter Matilda and family. She passed away in the end of the same year as grandson Nathan (Louis)

Katherine and Abraham were married in a religious ceremony on May 4th, 1868 in Great Synagogue, Dukes Place. They had three sons and two daughters, named Henry, Issac, Manny, Rachel and Tilly.
