Catherine was born on April 28th, 1964 in London.¹ Catherine's father is David Lewis (Ulitzki) and her mother is Hannah Schorr. Her paternal grandparents were Reuben Lewis (Ulitzki) and Jean Smith; her maternal grandparents were Adam Szczuryk and H. She had a brother and two sisters, named Howard, Natalie and Jane. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died from cancer at the age of 26 on March 13th, 1991 in London.¹
