Reuben was born on February 10th, 1902 in Tottenham.1   Reuben's father was Louis Bernard Ulitzki and his mother was Julia Heiser.  His paternal grandfather was Hirsch Ulitzki and his paternal grandmother is <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Abraham  Heiser and Sarah Levy. He had two brothers and a sister, named Harry, Abraham and Lena.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 80 in 1982.2
