George Turvey

George was born in 1868 in Tranmere, Birkenhead, Cheshire and his christening took place there on August 31st, 1868.¹ George's father was George Turvey and his mother was Elizabeth Roberts. His paternal grandparents were William Turvey and Sarah Maskell. He had a brother and four sisters, named Edward, Marian, Emma, Elizabeth and Maria. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died in 1868 in Tranmere, Birkenhead, Cheshire.¹
