Frances Susan Sprules

Frances was born in March 1893 in Bow, Middlesex.¹ Frances' father was Thomas Frederick Sprules and her mother was Elizabeth Thake. Her maternal grandparents were James Thake and Sarah Eliza Horncastle. She had ten brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Thomas, Frederick, John, Ernest, Daniel, James, William, George, Bertie, Elizabeth, Ethel and Rachel. She was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children.
