Arthur Ernest Jewett

Arthur was born in March 1898 in Bitterne, Southampton, Hampshire.¹ Arthur's father was Joseph Henry Jewett and his mother was Eva Warren Spargo. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Angel Jewett and Emma Parker. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Alfred, Sidney, George, Eva and Mabel. He was the second oldest of the seven children.
