Mary was born in 1892 in Oldbury, Worcestershire.  Mary's father was Thomas WIMBUSH and her mother was Ann <UNKNOWN>. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, John, William, Rosannah, Annie and Ellen.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.
