Alice was born in 1866.¹ Alice's father was Samuel PAGE and her mother was Elizabeth WALMSLEY. Her paternal grandparents were Simeon PAGE and Sarah <UNKNOWN>. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Samson, Benjamin, Thomas, Joseph, Sarah, Elizabeth and Alice. She was the youngest of the eight children.
