Margaret was born in September 1921 in Tynemouth Co Northumberland England. Margaret's father was John William Laverick Combs and her mother was Mary H Robson.  Her paternal grandparents were James Combs and Annie Elizabeth Laverick. She had three sisters named Ada, Henrietta and Jane.  She was the second youngest of the four children.  She died at 3 months old in December 1921 in Tynemouth Co Northumberland England.
