Abraham was born in March 1831 in Brook St Wivenhoe Essex England and his christening took place on April 1st, 1831 in St Mary the Virgin Wivenhoe.1   Abraham's father was Capt George (Trinity Piolt) Harvey and his mother was Maria Hall.  His paternal grandparents were Robert  Harvey and Susannah Levett.  He had three brothers and five sisters, named Stephen, George, William, Mary , Maria, Susannah, Elizabeth and Caroline.  He was the third oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 72 on September 22nd, 1903 in Anglesea Rd Wivenhoe Essex.
