Hannah was born on October 13th, 1874 at 12 Claremont St North Woolwich Kent.1   Hannah's father was James Walker (b Old Brompton -Stableman Gas Worker bur E 882) and her mother was Sarah Piper (b Chatham bur StMaryMag Eham).  Her paternal grandparents were James Walker (Cowkeeper-Carman - Stableman) and Harriett Light; her maternal grandparents were Charles Piper (Blacksmith b Maidstone Kent) and Mary Ann Savin (b Ramsgate Kent). She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, James, Mary, Eliza and Nellie or Ellen.  She was the second oldest of the six known children. She had two half-brothers named Joseph and James.  She died at the age of 62 on March 21st, 1937 in Barking Essex.  The funeral took place on March 25th, 1937 at the Rippleside Cemetery Barking.  She was buried on March 25th, 1937 at the Rippleside Cemetery Barking.2 3

Hannah and James were married in a religious ceremony on April 6th, 1902 at St Stephen the Martyr Hampstead.4   They had three sons and two daughters, named Arthur, Henry, Edward, Violet and May .
