Sarah was born in 1738 in Barking Essex.  Sarah's father was Ambrose Skinner (of Longbridge) and her mother was Ann Pittman.  Her paternal grandmother was ANN (of Longbridge). She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas, Ambrose, William, Thomas, Elizabeth, Ann, Ann, Catherine, Mary, Martha and Elizabeth.  She died at the age of 92 on November 17th, 1830.
