John was born in 1720.  John's father was John {Mariner} Moungall and his mother is Mary Lone (of Strood).  His paternal grandparents were John Moungall and Jane Hanniwell. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Nicholas, Joseph, Elizabeth and Jane.  He was the oldest of the five children.  John is no longer alive.





John's first family

John and Sarah were married in 1758.  They had a daughter named Sarah.


John's second family

John and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on October 11th, 1763 in Wanstead Essex.  They had three sons and two daughters, named John , Nicholas, Samuel, Elizabeth and Mary.
