Elizabeth was born in April 1794 in Barking Essex and her christening took place on April 27th, 1794 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.1   Elizabeth's father was Joseph Frogley (Fisherman/Publican) and her mother was Elizabeth Moungall.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph of Lamberth Frogley and Jane Wells; her maternal grandparents are Nicholas Moungall and Susannah. She had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, John, Nicholas and Jane.  She was the third oldest of the five children.



Elizabeth's family

Elizabeth and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on April 20th, 1815 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.
