Thomas was born in Great Yarmouth Norfolk.1   Thomas' father was Robert Cooper (Yarmouth Freedom 1653 Will PCC) and his mother was Margaret Albertson (Will 19 May 1684).  His paternal grandparents were John Cooper (YARMOUTH  Freedom 1617) and Mary Mihel; his maternal grandfather was John Albertson and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Samuel, Elizabeth and Barbara.  He died on December 14th, 1725 in Burgh Castle Suffolk.1

Thomas and Elizabeth were married.  They had three sons and four daughters, named Thomas, John, Robert, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret and Ruth.
