COMER ($500).  No widow.  No other next of kin.  Rest of estate to be divided equally between David and Will.  Andrew was residing at the Weeden Place in Florence, AL and owned a half-interest in 42-acre lot near W. J. ROGER's store.  Witnessed by J. M. FRY and T. E. PARKER.
