Date of Birth not given in 1st Kilrea Presbyterian Church Baptism records but Date of Baptism given as 31st January 1837.
Death Notes
I have a death of a William Gordon of Lislea in the Civil register for 1869 sent by Barbara Braswell which may be this man. The age is slightly out - 29 at death as is the fact that he was a bachelor! Informant was a Thomas Gordon.

General Notes
This man married a Mary Ann Gordon. Marriage shown in 1st Kilrea Presbyterian Church records. I AM ASSUMING THIS IS THE MARIANNE GORDON, BORN TO MY GREAT GREAT GRANDFATHER, JOHN GORDON IN 1837. The evidence for this is the marriage cert which shows her father as John Gordon of Lislea, plus her age and name. Also, she had a brother Robert John who died young, after whom she may have named her son. And she may also be the Mary who was living with another son Thomas in Lislea in the 1901 census. His address is Drumagorden (?), not Lislea by the time of the birth of Robert John.
