Recorded as living with Fannie Bellingham Cheeseman in the 1850 census.
Al Luce: "As an added bonus, I happened to find a marriage record for Hester Bellingham recorded in the Essex County clerks records by a very tardy pastor. Hester Bellingham and Alexander Craig were married 20 Aug 1856 by Rev William Bradley (Presbyterian). They removed to Canada soon after their 1856 marriage in New Jersey. I have confirmed this correction by specific citation of Bellingham as Hester's (or Hessie's or Hattie's) surname in records for her children's marriage and death. They had a son, James Craig, born 1858 at Iroquois, Dundas Co, Ontario, Canada. Then son, Thomas, born ca 1867, followed by a daughter, Elizabeth, born 1868 at Napanee, Lennox & Addington Co, Ontario. The family remained at Napanee where Alexander and his two sons were millers. Alex died 1892 and Hester died 1917. Now the question, can I go into my on-line Geno-Pro family data and edit my former entry with this correction? I have noticed on Ancestry.com that several others have picked up my incorrect connection to an Alexander and Hester Brown Craig in Iowa, USA.(I recently found a DAR database of early Iowa marriages that included this 1858 marriage.)"
