William Walker 
William was born on December 5th, 1756 in Falkirk.1 William's father was Alexander Walker and his mother was Isobel Lorn. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Walker and Helen Muirhead; his maternal grandparents were William Lorn and Jean Gardner. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Walker, Alexander, George, David, William, William, Agnes, Margaret and Jean. He was the oldest of the ten children.
