Robert Shaw

Robert was born in 1852 in Ayr.¹² Robert's father was James Shaw and his mother was Jane Wason. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Shaw and Jean Scoffield; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Wason and Agnes Hall. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas, James, Hugh, David, Agnes, Jane, Jane, Helen, Jeanie, Shaw and Maggie. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 74 in 1926 in Govan.
