John, known as Jack, was born on March 20th, 1909 in Selma.1  Jack's father was John Coe Rennie and his mother was Nellie Gertrude Foster.  His paternal grandparents were John McKichan Rennie and Angelet (Irene) Irene Coe Kennel. He had a sister named Eleanor.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 75 on March 20th, 1984 in Guatemala.  He was buried in Selma.1 2
