Jack Foster Rennie Jack Foster Rennie, a native of Selma and a former resident of Birmingham, died today in Guatemala City, Central America, where he had lived for many years. The son of the late John Coe Rennie and Nell Foster Rennie, he was a graduate of Selma High School and of Emory University, Atlanta During World War II he served as an officer in the Merchant Marine, later establishing an optical business in Guatemala. Survivors include his wife, Madge Berkebie Rennie; a daughter, Diane Daniel Rennie of Birmingham; and a sister, Mrs. Roswell Falkenberry of Selma. Burial will be in the American Society Cemetery in Guatemala.
