John McMurran

John was born in 1816 in Kilmarnock.¹² John's father was William McMurran and his mother was <Unknown>. He was an only child. He died due to a respiratory problem and/or pneumonia, Chronic Bronchitis, Cardiac failure, at the age of 83 on January 28th, 1899 in Kilmarnock.³

- From 1841 John's occupation was carpet weaver, journeyman in manufacturing. He died in 1899 while still employed there.⁴
