Marion Marshall

Marion was born in May 1840 in Lanarkshire.¹   Marion's father was Richard Marshall and her mother was Marion Taylor.  Her paternal grandparents were James Marshall and Elizabeth Hamilton. She had eight brothers and a sister, named James, Ebenezer, John, Thomas, Richard, James, George, James and Elizabeth.  She was the oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 2 in March 1843.  She was buried on March 24th, 1843 in Shotts.
