Janet (Jessie) Thompson Henderson

Janet, known as Jessie, was born on October 19th, 1829 in Falkirk and her baptism took place there on October 25th, 1829.¹²

Jessie's father was James Henderson and her mother was Isabel Walker. Her paternal grandparents were James Henderson and Jean Aitken; her maternal grandparents were Alexander Walker and Helen Laurence. She had six brothers and two sisters, named James, Alexander, John, Michael, Robert, Walker, Helen and Jane. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 53 in 1882 in Cadder.
