Janet Hamilton

Janet was born in 1843 in Paisley.¹ Janet's father was Hall Hamilton and her mother was Janet McKellar. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Hamilton and Janet McLatchie. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Hugh, Hall, John, Robert, Cathrine and Jane. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 14 in 1857 in Paisley.
