Cathrine Hamilton

Cathrine was born in 1847 in Paisley.^1 2   Cathrine's father was Hall Hamilton and her mother was Janet McKellar.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Hamilton and Janet McLatchie. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Hugh, Hall, John, Robert, Janet and Jane.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 26 in 1873 in Paisley.
