Temperance Overton

Temperance was born on March 2nd, 1679 in New Kent Co. VA. Temperance's father was William De Overton (E3b is now E1b1b1 CLAN 2) Sr and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Waters. Her paternal grandparents were Gen. Robert exiled to Barbadoes Overton and Anne Gardiner Gardner; her maternal grandfather was Samuel Waters and her maternal grandmother is Anne Mary. She had a brother and two sisters, named James, Mary Elizabeth and Temperance. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 36 on February 19th, 1716 in Cedar Hill, Hanover Co VA.
