Capt James Overton

James was born on August 14th, 1688. James' father was William De Overton (E3b is now E1b1b1 CLAN 2) Sr and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Waters. His paternal grandparents were Gen. Robert exiled to Barbadoes Overton and Anne Gardiner Gardner; his maternal grandfather was Samuel Waters and his maternal grandmother is Anne Mary. He had three sisters named Mary Elizabeth, Temperance and Temperance. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 60 on June 18th, 1749.
