William Collector of Customs Deputy Lieutenant  was born about September 23rd, 1759 in East Theddlethorpe, Lincolnshire, England.  William Collector of Customs Deputy Lieutenant 's father was William High Sheriff  Marshall and his mother was Grace Cracroft.  His paternal grandparents are William Marshall and Frances Willerton; his maternal grandparents were Robert of Hackthorn Cracroft and Anne Brown. He had four brothers named Henry Cracroft, Anna Maria, John and Charles Robert.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died on February 9th, 1847 in Irby on Humber, Lincolnshire, England.
