William B Marshall

William B was born on September 26th, 1789 in Warren Co., NC. William B's father was Lt Isaac C Marshall (POSS) and his mother was Mary Foote. His paternal grandfather was Col poss John Marshall and his paternal grandmother is poss Ann Berry; his maternal grandparents were Henry Alexander Foote and Margaret Colclough. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named John Foote, Henry Foote, Joseph P, George, Richard, Thomas W, Franklin Eleazar, Theophilus, Ginsey Jane, Margaret, Behethland Hethey and Elizabeth. He is the third oldest of the thirteen children.
