Franklin Eleazar Marshall

Franklin Eleazar was born on March 31st, 1808 in Warren Co., NC. Franklin Eleazar's father was Lt Isaac C Marshall (POSS) and his mother was Mary Foote. His paternal grandfather was Col poss John Marshall and his paternal grandmother is poss Ann Berry; his maternal grandparents were Henry Alexander Foote and Margaret Colclough. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named John Foote, Henry Foote, William B, Joseph P, George, Richard, Thomas W, Theophilus, Ginsey Jane, Margaret, Behethland Hethey and Elizabeth. He is the twelfth oldest of the thirteen children.
