Jane Branch was born on January 23rd, 1799 in Sumner Co, TN.  Jane Branch's father was Capt Francis Marshall Jr and her mother was Phebe Hatcher.  Her paternal grandparents are Francis Marshall and Mary Thompson. She had a brother and two sisters, named David, Nancy and Eliza.  She was the third oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 35 on July 4th, 1834 in Madison, Missouri.
