James Henry was born on October 16th, 1871 in Lafayette co. mo..  James Henry's father was Fountain Simeon "Sim" Marshall and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Miller.  His paternal grandparents were Lewis Simeon Marshall and Martha Ann Elizabeth McDaniel; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Miller and Sarah Ann Jenkins. He had five brothers named William Early Earl, George, Willis E., Simeon M and Edward.  He was the fourth oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 83 on August 15th, 1955 in Nevada mo at the city Ho.  He was buried on August 17th, 1955 in Union Point cem. St. Clair county Missouri.
