Keiko was born on January 18th, 1921. Keiko's father was Keisuke Motoi and her mother is Sei Teshironi. Her paternal grandparents were Matsusaburo Motoi and Ei Ono. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Noboru, Hisashi, Takeshi, Teruko and Yasuyuki. She was the oldest of the six children. Keiko is no longer alive.
