Edwarde was born on April 9th, 1563 in Prestbury,Cheshire, England and his baptism took place in Sandbach, Cheshire, England.  Edwarde's father was Johannes Warren and his mother was Lady Margaret T. Molineaux.  His paternal grandparents were Sir Edward Warren and Dorothy Boothe; his maternal grandfather was Sir Richard Molineaux. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Lawrence, Ralph, Richard, John, George, William, Ranulph, Mary, Dorothy, Eleanor, Frances, Anne and Lucia.  He was the third oldest of the fourteen children.  He died at the age of 46 on November 13th, 1609 in Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire, England.  He was buried in Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire, England.

‌Edwarde and Anne were married in a religious ceremony on October 15th, 1581 in Poynton,Stockport,Cheshire, England.  They had five sons and seven daughters, named John, John, Ralph, Humphrey, William, Frances, Margaret, "died young", Anne, Catherine, Margaret and Anne.

‌Edwarde and Susan were married in a religious ceremony in September 1597 in Michaelmas, Stockport, Cheshire, England.  They had ten sons and a daughter, named George, Lawrence, Richard, Edmond, Halsall, Thomas, Edward, Radcliffe, Ralph, Posthumous and Elizabeth.
