Lawrence was born in 1564 in Poynton,Stockport,Cheshire, England. Lawrence's father was Johannes Warren and his mother was Lady Margaret T. Molineaux. His paternal grandparents were Sir Edward Warren and Dorothy Boothe; his maternal grandfather was Sir Richard Molineaux. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Edwarde, Ralph, Richard, John, George, William, Ranulph, Mary, Dorothy, Eleanor, Frances, Anne and Lucia. He was the fourth oldest of the fourteen children. He died after 1633 in Poynton,Stockport,Cheshire, England. He was buried in Poynton,Stockport,Cheshire, England.-
