Radcliffe was born in 1607 in Prestbury,Cheshire, England.  Radcliffe's father was Sir Edwarde Warren I and his mother was Susan Boothe.  His paternal grandparents were Johannes Warren and Lady Margaret T. Molineaux; his maternal grandparents were Sir William Boothe and Elizabeth Warburton. He had nine brothers and a sister, named George, Lawrence, Richard, Edmond, Halsall, Thomas, Edward, Ralph, Posthumous and Elizabeth.  He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He had five half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named John, John, Ralph, Humphrey, William, Frances, Margaret, "died young", Anne, Catherine, Margaret and Anne.  He died  due to killed in Inquest Claiborne raid: Isle of Kent, MD at the age of 27 on February 12th, 1634 in Isle of Kent, Maryland.  He was buried in Isle of Kent, Maryland.
