Earl Robert de Strathearn

Robert was born in 1176 in Strathearn, Perthshire, England.¹ Robert's father was Earl Gilbert de Strathearn and his mother was Matilda d'Aubigny. His maternal grandparents were Earl William d'Aubigny III and Adeliza de Louvain. He had a sister named Ethna. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 68 in August 1244 in Ruthven, Perthshire, Scotland.¹
