Ida de Louvain

Ida was born in 1106 in Leuven, Brabant, Belgium.¹ Ida's father was Duc Godefroi de Louvain I and her mother was Comtesse Ida de Namur. Her paternal grandparents were Comte Henri de Louvain II and Adele de Betuwe. She had two brothers and a sister, named Godefroi, Joscelin and Adeliza. She was the second youngest of the four children.
