Richard Connelly Tilley 
Richard Connelly was born on August 8th, 1916 in Burke Co, NC. Richard Connelly's father was Alonzo Dural Tilley and his mother was Mary Lou Ellen Crouch. His paternal grandparents were James Sidney Tilley and Levana Gustine Leigh. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Herbert Bryant, Claude Donald, Raymond H., James S., Jennie Augusta and Fannie Ruth. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died due to Scalded at the age of 1 on May 5th, 1918 in Morganton, Burke Co, NC. He was buried on May 6th, 1918 in North Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery, Caldwell Co, NC.General Notes
