William Anderson Skaggs 
William Anderson was born on February 19th, 1860 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 William Anderson's father was William L. Skaggs and his mother was Mary Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Skaggs and Rhoda Warren. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Isaiah Whitfield, Beverly L., Duane H., Almeda and Mattie. He died at the age of 83 on February 5th, 1944 in LaRue Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery, Green Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
