Harvey H. was born in August 1851 in Maries Co. MO. Harvey H.'s father was Asa P. SKAGGS and his mother was Elizabeth Adeline NOBLETT. His paternal grandparents were Henry SKAGGS and Elizabeth NOBLETT. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Francis Eli, Elizabeth "Bettie" J. and Margaret Louise. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 84 on March 5th, 1936. He was buried in Skaggs Chapel Cemetery, Maries Co. MO.1 1 General Notes
