Franklin Douglas SCOTT 
Franklin Douglas was born on May 10th, 1858 in LaRue County, KY. Franklin Douglas' father was James W SCOTT and his mother was Louisa Caroline McGAVOCK. His paternal grandparents were Marshall SCOTT and Nancy READ. He had four brothers and a sister, named James W., Marshall, Cyrus Sirus Read, Marshall Blucher and Nancy J. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 70 on June 1st, 1928. He was buried in Levelwood United Methodist Church.General Notes
